Starter:
Lobster Bisque with tarragon beignet and citrus creme. Served with New Harbor Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.
Second Course:
Sterling silver braised boneless short ribs on celery root puree with pomegranate reduction. Served with a Zin from Mendocinco County.
Entree:
Grilled New Zeland Lamb Chops on white bean, porcini and oven dried tomato ragout with cabernet demi glace. Served with a Lancaster Sophia’s Hillside Cuvee from Alexander Valley.
Dessert:
Warm dark chocolate torte with vanilla gelato and blackberry caramel reduction. Served with a roses.
