Chef de Cuisine Shaun Gethin and his team will be celebrating Bijou French Bistro’s one-half year anniversary at Thanksgiving by adding holiday favorites to his menu.
These include:Salt-Roasted Turkey Classique ($34), Butternut Squash ($8), Pumpkin Praline Tart ($10) and the fall cheese selections are Aged Cheddar, Camembert Fermier, Fourme d’Ambert,Tomette and Pastoral (selection of 3 for $18 or 5 for $25). Of course, guests can mix and match with the restaurant’s popular Steak Frites, Oeufs Mayonnaise, Rainbow Trout, Lobster Gratin and more.
