Six of Los Angeles’ most dynamic chefs, Nyesha Arrington, WILSHIRE; Ray Garcia, FIG; Kris Morningstar, RAY’S & STARK BAR; Vartan Abgaryan; PUBLIC KITCHEN AND BAR; Micah Wexler, MEZZE; and Jordan Kahn, RED MEDICINE. WHAT: WILSHIRE restaurant and Executive Chef and Top Chef: Texas contestant, Nyesha Arrington, hosts her friends and fellow chefs for a collaborative foie gras dinner served under the stars on the patio of the restaurant. Pricing is $110 per guest, plus applicable gratuities and taxes, with a portion of sales benefitting C.H.E.F.S., the Coalition for Humane and Ethical Farming Standards.
