Hot Shop Glass Studio, will host its First Friday event, 4 pm to 8:30 p.m. September 2, with special guest Prairie Grass Cafe’s award-winning Chef Sarah Stegner, a long-time friend of Sviland.
Join Hot Shop Glass for a night of both culinary and visual arts. Prairie Grass Cafe will provide complimentary appetizer samples paired with a fun seasonal Sparkling Caramel Apple Sipper. Along with her partner, Chef George Bumbaris, Stegner will create some fun bites for the evening, including Watermelon & Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho Shooters, a Savory “Capriole Farm” Goat Cheese Cake with Black Mission Fig Jam and Balsamic, and Mini Carrot Cakes.
