Fermenting Veggies – Kimchi

Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean side dish that is taking the world by storm! This class will show you how to make traditional Korean kimchi, Fermentation Farm’s vegan nappa cabbage kimchi, daikon kimchi, and a fresh kimchi. Once you learn the basics of making these wonderfully tangy ferments, there are tons of other varieties you can try as well! Light refreshments will be served.
Class Fees: $40 (includes 1 jar of kimchi to take home)
Must be 16 years of age or older to attend
There is a $5 cancellation fee if you would like to cancel your spot more than 48 hours prior to the start of class. There will be NO REFUNDS given for cancellations within 48 hours of the start of class.
Please note that you must be a MEMBER in order to purchase products and participate in classes at Fermentation Farm. Anyone interested in attending who is not currently a member may purchase a membership the night of the class.
