Join us in celebrating Father’ Day as we thank all the dads out there for all that they do. Our kitchen has created a four course meal featuring fresh and seasonable ingredients. If you can lure dad away from the BBQ and treat him to a feast designed to fulfill even the most hearty of appetites, this tasting menu is great way to say thank you.

First Course

Dungeness crab cake over roasted fennel and sweet corn relish with lemon creme fresh

Second Course

Pan seared Australian lamb chop over arugula and topped with carrot ratatouille stuffed squash blossom

Third Course

Petit filet of beef with Point Reyes blue cheese demi and topped with applewood-smoked bacon crumbles, served over sauteed asparagus and potato puree

Fourth Course

Strawberry souffle with white chocolate creme anglaze
