Happy Father’s Day!
On June 16, Crustacean will open for brunch for one-day-only and offer the following special dishes for both brunch and dinner on Father’s Day:
- Santa Barbara Uni Toast: Soft Scrambled Eggs, Meyer Lemon, Truffle Caviar
- Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi: Kiwi, Yuzu Kosho, Tiato
- Crispy Soft Shell Crab: Lightly Fried, House Cured Pickles
- Pan Seared Scallops: Lightly Fried, House Cured Pickles
- Tomahawk Steak: Tempura Tabasco Onion, Soy Pepper Reduction
The full à la carte menu will be available with a minimum spend of $65 per person for brunch and $135 per person for dinner.
