Fall Tasting Menu
Chef Mark McDonald has launched the new seasonal fall tasting menu at Old Vine Cafe, which will be available through November. For $95, guests can enjoy a four-course gourmet tasting menu.
New dishes include:
Feta & Sage Wontons with Kabocha Squash Puree and Pumpkin Seed Gremolata to start;
Lasagna: Bacon, Wild Mushrooms, Porcini Emulsion, Reggiano Parmigiano for the second course;
Tempranillo & Pasilla Braised Beef Short Rib, Cornmeal pancake, Condensed Jus with Dark Chocolate as the entree;
and a Goat Cheese & Pistachio Tart with Savory Saffron Ice Cream for dessert.
Each course can be paired with an Italian wine, courtesy of Sommelier Kate Perry. Old Vine Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch daily with an a la carte menu of paninis, omelets and small plates, and Tuesday through Saturday for dinner with multiple four-course tasting menu options.
