Satisfying Fall Supper

Fall is the time of year when we indulge in hearty dishes, steaming sides, and welcoming comfort foods. We will create a full fall menu and learn techniques for roasting the perfect chicken, creamy polenta, and discovering the secrets to flaky pie crust.
Our Chef Instructor will also share tips for making candied nuts, fresh vinaigrette, and caramel sauce from scratch. Join us as we create a delicious autumn meal you’ll love to share with friends and family!
Create and taste: Pear and Spinach Salad with Maple Pecans and Stilton Blue Cheese, Roasted Yuzu and Herb Chicken, Goat Cheese Polenta with Wild Mushrooms and Thyme, Salted Caramel Apple Pie.
