Habana is thrilled to present its New Year’s Eve celebration featuring live music, rum tastings, cigar rolling, plus a champagne toast and balloon drop at midnight. Celebrate the New Year with flavors of Cuba.
The evening will include performances from The Lily Hernandez Band and Madcat with no cover.
Habana’s prix fixe New Year’s Eve menu will offer two seatings for dinner service at 6pm and 8pm. Special menu items by Chef Miguel Quintero include Carne a la Guayaba (Dry aged Rib Eye, cebolla seca, boniato, guava cabernet reduction); Regalo del Mar (Alaskan Halibut, Flor de calabasa, papaya, Zucchini); Hacha De Lechon (Tomahawk, Heirloom Tomatoes, Watermelon Radish, Avocado); and Tres Chocolates (Espresso Sponge, Spiced Dark Chocolate, chocolate blanco, dulce de leche).
Habana serves up some of OC’s finest Latino fare, featuring warmly traditional, yet exquisitely contemporary Cuban and Pan-Latin cuisine.
