Guests will enjoy a variety of spring things including an appearance by the Easter Bunny along with a family Easter egg hunt with prizes for the children. In addition, guests will receive free holiday stylings by Fuego’s Face Painter and experience a unique Petting Zoo with baby bunnies, baby chicks and baby ducks.
For Easter Brunch, Executive Chef Victor Juarez has prepared a delicious meal that begins with savory Salads including the Chef’s selection of green salads and assorted dressings. Included in the price of brunch, guests will enjoy a glass of champagne or sparkling cider, along with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, juice and soft drinks.
Fuego offers an omelet and waffle bar, a carving station with an assortment of meats, as well as hot entree plates such as seared fillet of salmon or roasted lamb chops.
Last but not least, guests will enjoy a sweet selection of Easter treats including miniature desserts, crème brûlée cups, Parisian macaroons, chocolate éclairs, fruit tarts, grand marnier cream puffs, plus carrot cake, chocolate cake, artisan breads, Mexican caramel flan and chocolate covered strawberries.
