Don the Beachcomber has planned an Easter Day celebration with something for the whole family! On Sunday, April 4 the Huntington Beach restaurant (16278 Pacific Coast Highway) will feature a special Easter Sunday Brunch from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., which will include an extravagant buffet for adults with bottomless Champagne and brunch offerings such as Eggs Benedicts and Macadamia-Nut Pancakes; Cantonese-style Kung Pao Chicken and Orange Beef; and carving stations with Prime Rib and Fresh Salmon ($30 per person). Those age 12 or younger may enjoy a special kids buffet with Chicken Fingers, Beef Sliders, French fries and fun salads, with a Kids Only dessert station featuring gummy worms and mud pies ($13 per child; no cost for those age 5 and younger).
Families will be able to enjoy two Polynesian shows (one at 10 a.m. and the other at noon; each 45 minutes) and are encouraged to bring their cameras for family portraits with the Easter Bunny.
In addition, Executive Chef Delia Snyder has created a 3-course Easter prix-fixe menu for $25, available for lunch and dinner. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Dagger Bar and Dinner will be served throughout the restaurant from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
