Executive Chef Mike Doctulero prepares an impressive and timeless three course brunch menu for Easter. You’ll be spoiled by sumptuous choices with each course such as wood fired shrimp with sambal vinaigrette and fried kale; shrimp cake benedict with roasted potatoes and marinated vegetables, or the succulent Maine half lobster tail with baked strada and marinated vegetables.
Savory dishes include pulled pork pancakes with bourbon maple syrup, butternut squash and fried egg; and braised beef short ribs with spicy pickled chilis and whipped potatoes. Scott’s ever popular sugary cheesecake stuffed beignets with strawberries, raspberry sauce, sliced almonds, caramel sauce and powdered sugar is among the menu’s sweetest selections, along with fanancier cake with sun dried cherries, maple whipped cream and raspberry sauce.
