Water Grill offers a brunch menu both Saturday and Sunday of Easter weekend. Highlights include poached salmon rillettes; warm blueberry pancakes with lemon cream; house-smoked Atlantic salmon with Shirley’s bagel; crab benedict; warm cinnamon rolls.
Signature cocktails include “WG” Bloody Mary dressed with blackened shrimp and thick cut bacon, hibiscus agua fresca, Harry’s white peach Bellini and first class prosecco flight. Fresh raw and chilled seafood also available.
