Chefs de Cuisine Benjamin Wallenbeck and Justin Odegard crafted the Easter menus to feature sustainable and seasonal ingredients, providing a delicious way for OC diners to enjoy gourmet Easter meal.

Sunday’s brunch will be a three-course prix fixe, and will be served from 10 a.m. 4 p.m. for $25.00 per person. Brunchgoers can enjoy items such as smoked deviled eggs with salmon mousse, blueberry pancakes with brüleed banana, and a housemade chocolate brownie, served with vanilla ice cream, peanut butter mousse and raspberry coulis.

Easter dinner is a three-course prix fixe as well, and is served from 5 9 p.m. for $45.00 per person. The menu features delectable dishes including creamy lobster bisque with avocado crème fraÃche, seared Scottish salmon with confit of heirloom tomato and citrus peppercorn butter, and Fuji apple cobbler with a caramel bacon glaze.
