Roasted carrot soup topped with a herb crouton
Mixed greens salad with a honey tarragon vinaigrette, gold beets, almonds, feta
Baked brie in puff pastry with a caramelized pear coulis
Shrimp cocktail with house made cocktail sauce

MAIN (Choice of):
Prime rib with rosemary au jus over roasted gem stone potatoes
Vegetable quiche with fresh fruit
Crab cake Benedict with roasted potatoes and bearnaise sauce
Pans seared salmon over spinach quinoa, topped with a lemon dill sauce
Stuffed monte cristo french toast with lingonberry jam
