Earth Day – Starr Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary, Mission Viejo

Old-fashioned BBQ and Country/Bluegrass entertainment by Chuck Buck’s Saddle Mountain Band, guided hikes and bird & wildflower walks. Proceeds will benefit the Audubon’sStarr Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary and the Sierra Club’s Sierra Sage Group for use in campaigns to preserve the remaining natural open spaces in Orange County. Beverages (small additional charge) and vegetarian burgers will also be available. Tickets must be purchased in advance no later than April 19th – reservations will not be taken by phone and space is limited. Adults: $30; Children under 12 years old: $15.
The public may also opt to purchase an annual membership to the Sierra Club in lieu of a ticket purchase. For tickets and a map, send checks payable to “Sierra Sage ” and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
