This highly anticipated January dinner was cancelled due to inclement weather and has been rescheduled for Thursday, February 18th, when Don Julio tequila cocktails will be paired with five courses: a shot of Blanco and Tabasco with Oaxacan gazpacho; a ginger beer-laced, chili-salt rimmed tequila-caipirinha with scallop ceviche; an agua fresca with pineapple, horchata and Don Julio 1942 to accompany your achiote-rubbed Kurobuta pork loin; a Reposado Bloody Maria with your tequila-drenched hanger steak; and, should you remain at table, cogent and sedate, an Anejo Mexican coffee with chocolate molten cake.
