Pastrami Bacon pop-up at Dog Haus Santa Ana complete with a meet and greet with Culinary Director Michael Brown and popular TV personality/ Dog Haus WÃ¼rstmacher (sausage maker) Adam Gertler! One day only, on Saturday March 14th from 12pm- 6pm customers can enjoy this unique new ingredient three different ways, in a salad, as poutine, and finally as a sandwich.
