SimonLA at the Sofitel Hotel Los Angeles will be offering a unique dining experience in which guests can dine with Iron Chef Kerry Simon himself, following a Learn About Wine class on SimonLA’s enclosed patio where Kerry will demonstrate his seared Tuna accompanied by red wine pairings from the attending winemakers.

Following the class and throughout the evening, fans of Chef Kerry will have the chance to dine with the Rock n’ Roll chef himself in the SimonLA dining room.
