New to the Dine LBC pop-up series, Chef “T” Visoth Ouk, the Executive Chef of The Federal Bar, will be bringing his Cambodian roots to a small plates dinner of CAMBODIAN TAPAS & BEER on September 7th, 6 – 8:30pm

 The dinner menu is seven courses and includes: Mini Pork-stuffed Bao with sesame ginger sauce, poached egg and tiger prawn, Twa Koh Taco Cambodian longanisa sausage tacos, Grilled Cambodian Beef Sticks on mini sliders, Crawfish Springroll in peanut sauce, BBQ Half Quail with thin cut “animal fries”, Roasted Duck crispy Peking skin, orange sauce with mini pancake and Cha Kwai Cambodian fried donut with Asian banana, jack fruit, flavored ice cream, chocolate sauce and condensed milk.

The CAMBODIAN TAPAS & BEER dinner is $75 and includes beer pouring courtesy of Tsingtao Brewery. Tickets may be purchased on-line only HERE up to the day of the event. There will be no cash sales at the event. The event will begin at 6pm with a welcome reception followed by a seated dinner at 6:30pm and seating is limited. The “secret” location in Long Beach’s Cambodia Town neighborhood will be disclosed to diners three days prior to the event.
