The culinary team at Oak Grill helmed by Chef Marc Johnson is creating a highly seductive meal to be shared by special someones for Valentine’s Day. The Four-Course Menu includes a First Course of Chilled Frutti Di Mare Platter – crab legs, prawns, oysters, cocktail sauce and remoulade. Second Course choices are Lobster Bisque or Baby Green Salad. The Entrée Course features Wagyu Ribeye Medallion and Chilean Sea Bass, along with other selections served with choice of two gourmet sides. The end of the celebration is highlighted with a Chocolate Salted Caramel Bombe; and a very bubbly Champagne Toast with a sparking rosé is included.
