Join TAPS for a spectacular DAOU wine dinner on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. Event host, co-founder Georges Daou, will guide guests through a five-course dinner paired with fine wines from the DAOU collection. The culinary journey begins with Foie Tête de Moine with 2016 Rosé, followed by Seared Scallops with 2015 Chardonnay. Next, enjoy Harissa Lamb Belly paired with 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon and Charred Black & Blue Wagyu Flat Iron with 2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. The finale is Mexican Chocolate Pot de Crème and Irish Whiskey Dulce de Leche with 2016 Pessimist Red Blend.
