Chef Tony will showcase the Fennel & Gorgonzola Tart, Shrimp & Arugula Risotto and Banoffee Pie for guests. For the record, the Banoffee Pie is a favorite of Chef Yvon Goetz of The Winery Group of Restaurants.
Guests will be served a full order of each dish along with 2 glasses of wine and receive the recipes to take home.
