Join PacFAB on Saturday, October 20 at 2:00 pm and let cooking instructor Aliye Aydin, the east-west daughter of an American mother and Turkish father, teach you the how and why of the food she ate growing up and traveling with her family in Turkey. Then Chef Aliye will prepare two of her favorite homestyle, Turkish vegetable dishes and have you taste them!
