Join Surfas in welcoming back Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Jae Kim. In this one of a kind chocolate workshop, you will be able to create and take home a beautiful and functional display piece made entirely of chocolate. Chef Kim will share proper tempering methods and how to pour, mold and pipe chocolate. This hands-on workshop is perfect for the professional and chocolate enthusiasts alike.
