Lucques, the flagship restaurant owned by Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne, presents a special Sunday Supper inspired by Cowgirl Creamery Cooks, the new cookbook by Sue Conley and Peggy Smith of the famed Cowgirl Creamery in Northern California.
Beginning with a cheese course of Cowgirl house favorites at Lucques, the dinner features Chilled Spring Garlic and Asparagus Soup with CrÃ¨me Fraiche and Fresh Ricotta, Hanger Steak with Red Hawk Potato Gratin, Wild Arugula and Maitre d’Hotel Butter and Cowgirls’ Interpretation of Ellen Straus’s Cheesecake with Harry’s Berries and Candied Lemon. Pricing for the dinner is $55 per guest. Books are sold separately at $35 each.
For this night only, Sue Conley and Peggy Smith will appear for a book signing of “Cowgirl Creamery Cooks”. The book will be available for purchase at Lucques during the evening.
