Celebrate the Chinese New Year with Vaca’s specialty cocktail: Eclipse Lunar made with Drumshambo Gunpowder gin, Meyer lemon, vanilla and sparkling white tea. Inspired by chef Amar Santana’s time in Seoul for Olive TV’s Korean Food Battle, guests may enjoy his specialty Korean Wrap tapa: Korean pork belly, baby gem lettuce wrap, Ssamjang sauce, crispy rice, scallions and garlic.
