OnTuesday, April 7, The Patio on Goldfinch will expand upon their impressive Tequila program with the ChinacoTequila dinner.
Chris Simmons, general manager and certified catador will lead guests through theinnovative meal, showcasing how each course isexpertly paired with Chinaco Tequila.
A welcome cocktail will be offered at 5:30 pm and dinner begins at 6:00pm
Featuring courses such as Pacific Northwest Oysters withRaspberry Mignonette, Stuffed Peppers with Duck Confit, Ahi Tunaand Street Corn, Porketta, and Braised Beef Cheek.
The delicious five-course meal is topped off with adelectable Vanilla Infused Tapioca Custard with aStrawberry Coulis and fresh seasonal Berries.
Additionally, each course will take guests through a Chinaco Tequila flight, from their Blanco to Extra Anejo. Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchasedhere.
