Join Surfas as they explore the fantastic flavors of Spain! Chef Instructor will show you authentic techniques for traditional tapas and Spanish paella, all while you sip a glass of sangria. You will also learn tips on battering and frying cheese and perfecting stove top custard. As a bonus they will enjoy a taste of one of the finest meats in the world, hand-carved Jamon Iberico de Bellota! Explore a small sampling of the exotic flavors from this part of the world and learn how easy they are to create at home.

Make and taste: Paella Mixta (Mixed Seafood, Chorizo, and Chicken Paella) – Ensalada de Espárragos con Alcaparras (Asparagus Salad with Piquillo Peppers and Capers) – Croquetas de Mojo Verde(Fried Goat Cheese with Cilantro Sauce) – Crema Catalana (Catalan Crème Brûlee) – Roasted Cherry Sangria. *must be 21 or older to attend as alcohol will be served.
