Join Chef Ross Pangilinan of ReMix Kitchen Bar at Long Beach Exchange this weekend (June 20 and June 21) and treat dad to a special Father’s Day brunch.
The 3-course brunch menu, which was handcrafted by Chef Ross Pangilinan, features a variety of mouth-watering options and is being offered for just $25 per person.

Goat Cheese Toast – pistachios, seasonal fruit, herbs, saba
Caprese Salad – heirloom tomato, burrata, basil, saba, espelette
Albacore Tostada – sriracha mayo, Japanese dressing, cilantro, avocado
Pork Cheek Adobo – garlic fried rice, chimichurri, crispy shallots
ReMix Burger – beef burger, longanisa, American cheese, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato, calamansi aioli, garlic fries
Duck and French Toast – crispy duck leg confit, black berries, maple syrup
Seared Albacore Salad – butter lettuce, arugula, avocado, baby tomatoes, cucumber, radish, peanuts, crispy shallots, micro cilantro, yuzu soy dressing
Hanger Steak – grilled peach, fingerling potatoes, heirloom tomatoes, mojo verde, beef jus (add 10)
Sorbet with Tropical Fruit – served with tropical fruit
Chocolate Fondant with Caramel + Ice Cream – served with caramel and ice cream
