Chef and owner of Pascal & Cafe Jardin in Newport Beach since 1996.Pascal is also Chef and owner ofPascal’s Tea. Garden Creperie.Attended Hotel School in Brussels, Belgium afterapprenticeship in Rouen, Normandy, his hometown.
