At Bijou French Bistro, Chef Shaun Gethin and his team are looking forward to guests and their families celebrating with them at the restaurant’s first Mother’s Day.
For Mother’s Day, there will be a special Prix Fixe Four-Course Dinner created to especially please moms onSunday, May 10, from 3 to 8 p.m.
Created by Chef Shaun Gethin for mothers and others to savor while honoring the special ladies in their lives, is a special four-course dinner featuring a first course of Haricots Verts Salad or Gravlax; a second course of Gnocchi Ã la Parisienne; and then Roasted Cod a la barigoule’ or Fillet of Porc with leeks and sage.
For dessert, Almond Dacquoise and Salted Caramel Cremeux Sable Cookies.
Signature cocktails, select wines and champagne are also suggested for this celebration.
Price for the Mother’s Day four-course dinner is $85 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
