At Bijou French Bistro, Chef Shaun Gethin and his team are looking forward to guests and their families celebrating with them at the restaurant’s first Easter.
There will be a special Easter Lamb entree at Bijou French Bistro available Easter Sunday, April 5, from 3 to 8 p.m.
Chef Shaun Gethin, as a salute to the French Easter tradition of enjoying a family dinner starring lamb, will be offering his Braised Lamb Shoulder with peppers, arugula and apricot for $34 per serving.
Diners may want to start with French Onion soup or maybe the restaurant’s much loved Oeufs Mayonnaise.
From the customary menu, other entree choices include Veal Paillard, Loup de Mer and Gnocchi Ã la Parisienne. An elegant chocolate and almond Paris-Brest would be a delicious ending to this holiday repast.
Toasting with select wines from the bistro’s wine list will certainly enhance the celebration.
