Kick it up a notch with a Casamigos Tequila Dinner Pairing on Wednesday, May 15th.
Chef Roland Rubalcava prepared a special menu to go with each Tequila.
The tequila used for the pairings are: Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and Mezcal.
First course: Purslane salad, fresco frijoles, tomato, fried pargo, burnt onion.
Second course: charred avocado tostada, peanut salsa matcha, creme fraiche.
Third course: hop crusted lamb saddle, black beans, brussels, fennel, pilloncillo.
Fourth course: pound cake, orange, ice cream.
