Celebrating the harvest of California wines, Chef Alexander Dale creates a true farm to table culinary experience inspired by locally sourced produce paired with our favorite California wines as owner Alicia Whitney takes you on a tour of her favorite California Wines. First Course: Long View Meadow Sauvignon Blanc, Napa paired with Pumpkin Coconut Curry Crab Bisque

Second Course: Gainey Family Vineyards Merlot, Santa Ynez paired with an Arugula salad with persimmons, pomegranate arils, cherries, candied walnuts, feta drizzles in a pomegranate molasses white balsamic vinaigrette

Third Course: Ventana Pinot Noir, Arroyo Seco paired with Duck meatballs with housemade butternut squash gnocchi in brown butter and sage

Fourth Course: Goldschmidt Vineyards Hillary Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa paired with Roasted pork tenderloin roulade stuffed with brie cheese, apples, and figs drizzled with parsnip puree

Fifth Course: Mer Soliel Late Harvest, Monterey County paired with housemade pumpkin pie layered in a vanilla cake, topped with nutmeg whipped cream, candied walnuts and served with vanilla bean ice cream
