Savor this 6-course Cakebread Cellars Wine Dinner at The Capital Grille:

As the summer days are coming to a close, relax and enjoy some delicious food & wine at this event. Taste a chef-inspired menu, including King Crab Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms, Charred Octopus Salad, Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork and a succulent spin on Steak & Eggs masterfully prepared by Sous Chef, J.P. Dacio, exclusively for this dinner.

The evening will include five wine courses including 2015 ‘Two Creeks’ Pinot Noir and 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve “Benchland Select” with the option to add a side-by-side Reserve Tasting of the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve ‘Vine Hill Ranch.”

First Course

Second Course

Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc, Napa 2016

Stuffed Zucchini Blossom: King Crab, ricotta, tempura, corn relish, lemon basil aioli

Third Course

Cakebread Chardonnay, Napa 2014

Charred Octopus Salad: chorizo, heirloom tomato, tahini vinaigrette, Romesco

Fourth Course

Cakebread “Two Creeks” Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley 2015

Lechon style Pork: Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork, Okinawan sweet potato, mango pico, lemongrass Jus

Fifth Course

Cakebread Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve “Benchland Select”, Napa 2013
