Poultry 101 Workshop on June 8th at 7 p.m.:

Are you a fan of Electric City Butcher and ready to try whole animal butcher? Wanna learn how to effortlessly debone chicken breasts and thighs, saving time and money? Looking for a fun night out of food and drink that you’ll be talking about for months with friends?

This hands-on overview will teach you how to prepare, cook, and carve chicken, turkey or duck. You will learn and review knife skills, teach you how to truss poultry, how to quarter a bird, and they might even share a few tasty cooking tips to boot. By the end of the night you’ll be able to tell your friends what spatchcock really means.
