Patina Restaurant Groups kicks off its Bordeaux Master Class Series at Pinot Provence in Orange County, featuring the cuisine of chef Lulu DeRouen and picked by James Beard-nominated sommelier Eric Espuny. The theme is “Bordeaux 2000; Ten Years Later,” and highlights include Hamachi Cru, wild mushroom mille-feuille and New Zealand lamb rack.
