For its monthly beer dinner on Monday, July 27 at 6pm, Del Frisco’s Grille at Irvine Spectrum is offering an innovative pairing of gluten-sensitive courses with Rekorderlig, a Swedish brewery known for its hard ciders. The four-course, four-pairing menu will be $35 per person plus tax and gratuity and is limited to just 40 guests. Guests must be 21 and older to attend.
“Since its inception in March, our monthly beer dinners have highlighted an array of IPAs, browns and ales,” said Katie Pavkov, general manager for Del Frisco’s Grille at Irvine Spectrum. “We thought we’d mix it up a bit by creating a gluten-sensitive menu and pairing it all with hard ciders. Rekoderlig, out of Sweden, is one of the leading producers of ciders and we’re very pleased to be able to have them partner with us on our July beer dinner.”
Rekoderlig created its first cider in 1999 in Vimmerby, Sweden, where it is still brewed today. Offered in limited quantities in the United States, the collection of ciders is a much-loved, fourth generation family-brewed cider.
