Alisal’s BBQ Bootcamp

Join in the BBQ Bootcamp adventure for a three night/four experience that will leave you full of good eatsand good times! This package includes a three-night stay in the Deluxe Cottage accommodations, with all rooms including a wood-burning fireplace and a welcome basket of Western-style weekend accessories. Each meal includes a specially created dinner and opportunities to socialize with local wine makers and brew masters. Seminars will be offered on grilling methods and equipment, Dutch oven cooking, spice blending and more. Each participant will leave with a leather-bound BBQ instruction and booklet, and having experienced a morning breakfast ride to the Old Adobe.

FRIDAY

Morning seminar on grilling, from Ancho chiles to tri-tip, and everything else in-
between with Chefs Gode and Ostini

Free Afternoon for golf, horseback riding, or spa treatment

Dinner prepared by Chefs Gode and Ostini featuring Hitching Post II Wines
