Lola’s Mexican Cuisine will be hosting their next Agave Night with Del Maguey Mezcal on Thursday, August 22nd at 6pm at Lola’s 4th Street. This Agave Night will be one for the books as they’ll be doing a Surprise Pop-Up with food pairings, special guests and more.
They will be featuring a super rare Del Maguey tasting flight with special bites to pair. One of the featured Mezcal’s is roasted with a Spanish Iberico pig. Del Maguey Mezcal supports single village mezcal producers and practices that of the indigenous people of Oaxaca. The result is distinct in character and singular purity from village to village.
