Kelsey’s, Pechanga’s upscale American pub, offers a special a la carte Easter menu that includes spring greens with toasted pine nut, caramelized carrots, fried leeks and white balsamic and raisin dressing for $8. The day’s special entrée is a slow-roasted leg of Colorado lamb with fresh herb and garlic rub, roasted sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and yogurt mint sauce for $28. For dessert, there’s a white chocolate mousse tart with raspberry and pistachios for $5. Along with Kelsey’s 48 beers on tap, its regular menu will also be served on Easter. Kelsey’s is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
