Brunos Italian Kitchen in Downtown Brea is celebrating its 7-year anniversary on Wednesday, October 23! The popular eatery serves up soul-satisfying Italian fare inspired by simpler times and family gatherings.
To celebrate the big day, Brunos is offering up their award-winning cocktails, appetizers, and wine by the glass for $7! Guests can enjoy bites such as their famous Arancini risotto balls filled with porcini mushrooms, smoked mozzarella, fresh herbs, on a bed of marinara sauce or Crudo di Salmone featuring summer melon, radish, cucumber, and pickled onion over cured Scottish salmon, and drizzled with lemon vinaigrette. The highlight & specialty dish of the night will be Brunos’ homemade Lobster Agnlotti tossed in truffled lobster cream sauce, grilled trumpet mushrooms, and asparagus.
