Chef Tony Esnault has created a very special 6-course tasting menu that features mood-boosting ingredients that are thought to have aphrodisiac qualities. It’s a common belief that oysters, chocolate, champagne, ginger, vanilla, and truffles are aphrodisiacs — and his menu highlights all of them!
This menu will be offered Thursday, February 13th; Friday, February 14th; and Saturday, February 15th, so spice up your Valentine’s celebrations by joining Knife Pleat. This is a ticketed event, with the menu priced at $155 per guest ($205 including tax & gratuity). Optional wine pairings, special Valentine cocktails and other beverages available for purchase during the dinner. Once purchased, ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
