Inspired by Easter dinners with his family from his youth, Chef Sandro Nardone has created a 5-course Easter Dinner for carryout service. The meal includes Roasted Leg of Lamb; Sicilian Fregola with eggplant, tomatoes, herbs, lemon and almonds; Rapini al Forno with baked rapini, garlic, peperoncino and anchovies; Cesarina Salad with baby gem, bagna cauda and torn croutons; and Torta al Cioccolato, a chocolate tart and candied orange peel. The dinner is priced at $200 ($50 per guest; each dinner serves 4). Bello is offering cocktails to go (single servings or a “4-pack”), as well as wines by the glass and by the bottle, with their entire list offered at 25% off.
