Great Oak Steakhouse is one of the most decorated restaurants in Riverside County, an AAA Four Diamond Award winner. The Great Oak treats Easter guests to a three-course prix fixe menu for $52 that starts with stuffed mushrooms with linguica sausage, bacon and herb stuffing, topped with black truffle and lemongrass sauce. That whets the appetite for Chef Andre Pinto’s entrée: braised lamb shank with smoked corn puree, rainbow carrot and gremolata. Dessert is a waffle Easter bowl and the restaurant’s regular menu of top-shelf beef and seafood will also be served. The Great Oak Steakhouse opens at 5 p.m.
