KNIFE PLEAT TO GO | 3-COURSE MENU

Knife Pleat is now offering its modern interpretations of classic French techniques for takeout! Michelin-starred chef Tony Esnault and restaurateur Yassmin Sarmadi have reopened the restaurant for takeout service Tuesday through Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The weekly three-course menu highlights Esnault’s focus on flavor and artistic execution that has impressed diners since Knife Pleat debuted one year ago. Following is this week’s 3-course dinner menu:

Appetizer:

Butter Lettuce
pickled shallot, fine herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, sherry vinaigrette

Lobster Soup
leeks, celery, lobster roe compound butter, dash of cream

Main:
Ora King Salmon with Ratatouille Byaldi
lemon confit, capers, nicoise olives

Farro Risotto
sautéed mushrooms, mushroom consommé, parmesan, chive oil, cream

Dessert:
Strawberry Tart
pate sucré, strawberry confit, pistachio cake & chantilly

Louis XV
hazelnut crunch, chocolate crémeux, gianduja glaze

  • This menu is available for pick-up Tuesday through Saturday between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Orders must be placed buy 4 p.m. for same-day pick-up. Beverages available for purchase to accompany any order.

Our Knife Pleat A La Carte is available for pick-up Tuesday through Saturday between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Offerings include Ready-to-Serve items including salads, soup, desserts and caviar. You can also order Cocktails (each serves 2), Beer, Non-Alcoholic Wines, and half & full bottle options of Sparkling, White, and Red Wines.

For those of you who enjoy cooking at home, Chef Esnault is offering a Market menu that allows you to order House Made Pasta by the quart and his Summer Pasta Sauce by the pint. Attempt to recreate his delicious risotto at home with Acquerello 7-year aged Risotto Rice! Chef’s Market allows you to add a little Knife Pleat to any meal by taking home La Baleine Salt, Philippos Cold Extracted Greek Olive Oil, Knife Pleat Provencal Vinaigrette, and our guest favorite “Rodolphe Le Meunier” Brittany Butter.
