Way Beyond Cake Artisan Bakery does not use dyes for colors. Chef Linda Ikeda uses fruit & veggie juices like beets and raspberry. Fondants are made fresh and vegan, not commercially. The bakery is free of allergens such as peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and shellfish, too.
