Andrew is a grad of Cal State Poly’s Collins College of Hospitality Management and a level two sommelier. He has worked in both management and beverage for TAPS, The Cellar, Ra Sushi and Mesa over the years and he cut his teeth in the business at his family’s restaurant, Rosine’s in Anaheim Hills.
